本机用以将潮湿的粉料研制所需颗粒，也可将块状的干料粉碎到所需颗粒。主要特点是筛网装拆简易，还可适当调节松紧。七角滚筒拆卸方便、容易清洗。机械传动系统全部封闭在机体内，并附有润滑系统，整机运转平稳。旋转的七角滚筒的速度可以调节。是根据药品生产GMP的要求而设计制造的新机型，整机外形全用优质304不锈钢板封闭。使整机外形整洁美观，特别是筛网采用金属丝网或不锈钢板网。使颗粒的质量和经济效率有较大的提高。
