工作原理                                                          

本机筛片和输送过程在封闭结构的筛片箱内完成，工作时筛片箱及进、出料口为负压，无粉尘外逸。筛片箱与动力箱完全隔离，快卸结构，装拆、清洗方便；与药物接触的零部件均采用不锈钢材料制造，符合药品生产管理规范（GMP）实施指南对制药设备的要求。

 

WORKING PRINCIPLE

主要特点                                                            

本机采用交流无刷电机实现无极调速，能满足不同产量、不同药品的除粉要求。进料口和出料口高度、角度可在一定范围内任意调节，以适应不同的工作要求；本机底部装有脚轮，可将机器方便地移放到工作地点。本机由进料斗、动力箱、筛片箱、筛鼓、吹扫装置、出料口、机架、调速装置、传动机构等部分组成，片子从进料斗加入到筛鼓，筛鼓由交流调速电机及减速机构组成的动力箱驱动而旋转，片子沿着筛鼓内的螺旋板在圆周下方像出料口传送，筛鼓上的网孔对片子进行温和磨边，压缩空气吹扫装置对片子表面近距离连续吹扫，粉尘在喷射气流、离心力和重力的作用下由筛鼓进行“片”和“粉”分离，同时粉尘随吸尘气流吸入粉尘收集装置内，ZUI终清除片子表面吸附的粉尘和毛边部分。机器可借助升降支杆及锁紧手柄调整进料口和出料口的工作高度和角度。

 

MAIN FEATURE                                                                   

This machine adopts AC brushless motor to realize stepless speed regulation, can meet the requirements of different production and different drugs. The height and angle of the feed inlet and the outlet can be adjusted in a certain range in order to adapt to different working requirements. This machine consists of hopper, power box, sieve box, drum sieve, purging device, discharging port, frame, speed regulating device, transmission mechanism and other parts of the film from the hopper into the sieve drum, drum sieve power box by AC speed regulating motor and reducer which is driven to rotate along the screen, film the circumference of the spiral plate inside the drum like below the outlet conveyor, drum sieve mesh on the film of mild grinding, compressed air blowing device on the film surface close continuous blowing, dust in the air jet, centrifugal force and gravity by drum sieve "piece" and "powder" separation at the same time, with the dust suction air inhalation of dust collecting device, dust removal and the final part of the film surface adsorption. The machine can adjust the working height and angle of the feed inlet and outlet by means of the lifting rod and the locking handle.
