本机是一种自动旋转连续压片的机器。它是制药、化工、食品等工业部门压制各种颗粒状原料成片状的基本设备，它适用于大量或小批量的各种生产，压制圆形、异形的药片、糖片、钙片等。

本机适用于压制成形（在本机压力范围内的）且含粉量（100目以上）不超过10%的颗粒状原料的压制。不适用于半固体、潮湿颗粒、低熔点易潮原料和无颗粒的粉末压制。

 

MAIN PUROSE                                                       

The utility model relates to a machine which is an automatic rotation continuous tablet pressing machine. It is the basic equipment for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industrial sectors all kinds of granular materials into sheet, production it suitable for large or small batch, pressing round and special-shaped tablets, sugar tablets, tablets etc..

This machine is suitable for pressing forming (within the pressure range of the machine) and containing powder (more than 100 mesh) no more than 10% of the granular material. It is not suitable for semi solid, wet particles, low melting point and raw materials.
