主要特点                                                             

♦外围罩壳为全封闭，材料采用不锈钢，内部台面用不锈钢材料，能保持表面光泽及防止交叉污染，符合MGP要求。♦装有透明防护罩可以清楚的观察压片的状态。侧面板能全部打开，易于清洗和保养。♦所有控制器和操作件均布局合理，采用人机界面变频调速装置进行电气调速和反逆转。♦操作方便，转动平稳，安全准确。实行机电一体化，采用触摸屏PLC控制及操作。♦传动系统密闭在机器主体下方油箱中，是安全风隔的独立部件，亦不会互相污染，易散热且耐磨。♦机器装有吸尘装置，能将室内飞扬的粉尘吸收干净。♦本机压力大，能适应各类大、小片及难成型片剂的生产，是片剂生产ZUI理想的设备。

♦The transmission system is sealed in the machine body below the tank, is the independent component of security isolation, nor mutual pollution, easy to heat and wear.
